This policy describes personal data processing on katermoscow.ru. The Operator is individual entrepreneur Denis Alekseevich Burdaev (INN 772576907482, OGRNIP 310774611001726). Consent to processing booking data is provided in a separate document.
1. Personal data processed
- Surname, first name and patronymic.
- Contact telephone number.
- Email address, if provided.
- Booking details: date, time, selected boat and number of guests.
- Messages, comments and requests submitted by users.
- Technical data: cookies, IP address, browser type and information used by the analytics service.
2. Purposes of personal data processing
- Creating, confirming and fulfilling boat booking and rental requests.
- Contacting the customer to clarify order details, send directions to the pier and confirm the booking, including by service SMS messages and email.
- Entering into, performing and terminating contracts under the Public Offer.
- Providing information about promotions and special offers, only with separate consent.
- Analysing website traffic and improving the user experience on katermoscow.ru.
3. Methods and conditions of personal data processing
Website analytics: Yandex Metrica is used to analyse visits, booking stages and contact link clicks. Analytics is enabled by default, except in browsers with a previously saved opt-out. Metrica receives a technical visitor identifier, referral source and advertising tags, boat type, duration and the paid deposit amount. Names, phone numbers, email addresses and comments from the form are not passed to Metrica. Owner pages and personal payment pages are excluded from analytics; session replay is disabled. Analytics can be disabled or enabled using the “Analytics settings” button at the bottom of the website. Disabling it does not affect booking.
3.1. Personal data processing includes collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating or amendment), retrieval, use, transfer (provision and access), anonymisation, blocking, deletion and destruction.
3.2. Processing may be performed using automated systems, including information systems and databases, or without such systems.
3.3. The Operator takes the necessary legal, organisational and technical measures to protect personal data against unlawful or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, dissemination and other unlawful actions by third parties.
3.4. SMSimple (smsimple.ru) is used for service SMS messages about bookings. It receives the recipient’s number and notification text containing the required booking information. These messages are not advertising.
3.5. Google Calendar is used to manage availability and bookings. Events receive the name, telephone number, email address if provided, booking details and comment. Events are marked private.
3.6. Prodamus is used for online payments. To prepare a payment link, the phone number, email address if provided, order number, booking description and payment amount are passed to the service.
4. Consent and data processing enquiries
4.1. Consent to data processing when booking is given through a separate checkbox in the form. The consent text and withdrawal procedure are available on a separate consent page. Viewing this policy does not itself constitute consent.
