Consent to personal data processing when booking

Freely, of my own will and in my own interest, I consent to individual entrepreneur Denis Alekseevich Burdaev (INN 772576907482, OGRNIP 310774611001726, website katermoscow.ru, the “Operator”) processing the personal data I provide when booking a cruise, on the following terms.

1. Data processed

Name and contact telephone number.
Email address, if provided.
Booking details: boat, date, time, duration and number of guests.
Comments and requests, if provided.

2. Purposes of processing

Creating, confirming and fulfilling the booking, and entering into and performing the contract.
Communicating about the order, boarding location and changes to the booking.
Sending service SMS messages and emails about the booking and payment.

This consent does not cover advertising messages or website visitor analytics. Information about analytics and its settings is provided in the privacy policy.

3. How data are processed

Processing may be automated or non-automated. It includes collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, transfer (provision and access), blocking, deletion and destruction of data.

Google Calendar is used to manage availability and bookings. The event receives the name, phone number, email address if provided, booking details and comment.

SMSimple (smsimple.ru) is used to send service SMS messages. The recipient’s number and the text of the booking notification are passed to that service.

Prodamus is used for online payments. To prepare a payment link, the phone number, email address if provided, order number, booking description and payment amount are passed to the service.

4. Duration and withdrawal

Consent is given by a separate checkbox in the booking form followed by submission of that form. It remains valid until the purposes of processing have been achieved or until consent is withdrawn.

To withdraw consent, send a request to the Operator at Burdaev@mail.ru or info@katermoscow.ru with the subject “Withdrawal of consent to personal data processing”.
