Portofino booking rules

Before you book
- Up to 11 guests. Children of all ages are welcome.
- Arrive 10 minutes before departure. Late arrival reduces your cruise time; the scheduled finish time stays the same.
- Pay a deposit of 15% of the total price online, rounded to the nearest RUB 1,000. Pay the balance in cash on boarding.
Weather, cancellation and rescheduling
- Ordinary rain does not cancel a cruise: the yacht has a canopy and heating. In dangerous weather, the captain decides whether to depart. Departure is not possible if navigation is officially prohibited.
- Rescheduling at the customer’s request is not provided. The deposit is not refunded if the customer cancels or does not arrive. Cancellations initiated by us are discussed individually.
On board
- You may bring your own food and drinks, except for the items listed below.
- Conventional cigarettes, red wine, berries that stain, ice cream, crisps and seeds are not permitted. E-cigarettes are allowed.
- High heels are not permitted. You may go barefoot or bring a change of shoes with white soles.
- Guests who are severely intoxicated by alcohol or drugs are not allowed to board; the deposit is not refunded in that case.
- Pets must remain in a carrier. Please remove your rubbish before leaving the boat.
Boarding
- Boarding is in the Moscow City area. We confirm the exact pier and meeting point by phone before the cruise.
- Arrive at the agreed pier 10 minutes before departure.
